The Old Louisville Speed Mansion will ring again with music this November. The newly relocated Kentucky College of Art and Design welcomes back previous tenants, The Louisville Academy of Music, to Hattie Speed’s music room to host a winter salon. The program will feature LAM students and faculty plus special guests Ruth French, former Director of LAM, and Musicologist Douglas Shadle, Professor at Vanderbilt. Learn about the rich history of the mansion and enjoy an evening of chamber music with gingerbread and mulled wine cozy behind the walls of a Louisville treasure.
